Bu foto\u011fraf, Jean Paul Sartre\u2019\u0131n ABD\u2019deki varolu\u015f\u00e7uluk gezisinden d\u00f6nmesinin ard\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilmi\u015fti. Artan \u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn beraberinde getirdi\u011fi kazan\u00e7 sayesinde, o yaz Sartre, annesi i\u00e7in Paris St Germain&#8217;de cafe Les Deux Magots&#8217;i g\u00f6ren bir daire sat\u0131n ald\u0131. Bu zamana kadar Sartre ve Beauvoir neredeyse hep otel odalar\u0131nda kal\u0131yor, aralar\u0131nda Les Deux Magots ve Flore\u2019nin de bulundu\u011fu civardaki kafelerde yiyip, buralarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131; fakat \u015fimdi annesinin yan\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nan Sartre, dairede kendisine bir ofis kurmu\u015f, yan odas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir sekreter bile tutmu\u015ftu. Bu geli\u015fmelerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine mal olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Beauvoir ise endi\u015feliydi.<\/p>\n<p>38 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Beauvoir pek \u00e7ok kitap ve makale yay\u0131nlamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Sartre&#8217;\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu d\u00fczeyde bir \u00fcne ula\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu foto\u011fraf \u00e7ekildi\u011finde Beauvoir, Belirsizlik Ahlak\u0131 \u00dczerine adl\u0131 eserini hen\u00fcz tamamlam\u0131\u015f ve bundan sonra ne yapaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda karars\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yeni bir eser kaleme almak i\u00e7in sab\u0131rs\u0131zlanan Beauvoir, i\u015fleyebilece\u011fi bir tema bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7o\u011fu zaman huysuzlan\u0131yor ve arkada\u015flar\u0131na \u00e7at\u0131yordu. Bunun \u00fczerine heykeltra\u015f olan arkada\u015f\u0131 Giacommetti, Beauvoir\u2019a sadece ama sadece yazmas\u0131n\u0131, herhangi bir\u015feyler yazmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerdi. Bir ka\u00e7 hafta sonra ise Beauvoir, daha sonra \u0130kinci Cins&#8217;e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek kitab\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n temelini b\u00f6ylece atm\u0131\u015f oldu. Foto\u011frafta, Beauvoir\u2019\u0131n olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinden tam anlam\u0131yla s\u0131yr\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Foto\u011fraf\u0131n \u00e7ekildi\u011fi g\u00fcn, Sartre ve Beauvoir, Sartre&#8217;in annesinin evinde bulunan ofisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. O g\u00fcn iki tane konuklar\u0131 vard\u0131. Konuklar\u0131ndan biri, Giacommetti&#8217;nin Sartre ve Beauvoir ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Paul Steinberg&#8217;di. New Yorklu karikat\u00fcrist Paul Steinberg, Paris&#8217;e e\u015fi Hedda ile birlikte yeni gelmi\u015fti. Steinberg ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn \u00e7ekilen ba\u015fka bir foto\u011frafta Sartre&#8217;\u0131n ske\u00e7ini yaparken g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir. Maalesef, \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc birbirine \u00e7ok \u0131s\u0131namad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, Steinberg o g\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7izimleri Sartre ve Beauvoir\u2019a g\u00f6stermedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci konuk ise Life dergisi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Arnavut as\u0131ll\u0131 Amerikan foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131 Gjon Mili\u2019ydi. Milli Paris&#8217;teki sergisine haz\u0131rlan\u0131yordu. Onun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n hayran\u0131 olan Sartre, Milli&#8217;nin sergi katalo\u011funa giri\u015f metni olarak \u015fu s\u00f6zleri yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>Mili her foto\u011fraf\u0131 bir test haline getirir: ona g\u00f6re,&nbsp; ne kadar insan varsa foto\u011fraflanman\u0131n o kadar yolu&nbsp;vard\u0131r. E\u011fer testine tabi tutulursan\u0131z sizi koleksiyonuna canl\u0131 olarak ili\u015ftirmekle kalmaz, sizi g\u00f6zlemler. Sizi tan\u0131r : kendinizi onun eline iki misli teslim etmek zorunda kal\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Anlat\u0131lana g\u00f6re, G\u00fcney denizlerindeki ilkeller, foto\u011fraflanmay\u0131 reddederler; g\u00f6r\u00fcnen o ki, onlara g\u00f6re (foto\u011fraf karesinde) yakalanmak sonsuza kadar hapis kalmakt\u0131r. Mili&#8217;nin Molotov foto\u011fraf\u0131na bakarsan\u0131z bu ilkellerin ne kadar hakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlars\u0131n\u0131z.&nbsp;(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1984\/02\/16\/obituaries\/gjon-mili-life-magazine-photographer-dies.html\">kaynak<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Foto\u011fraf\u0131n \u00e7ekilmesinden yakla\u015f\u0131k on be\u015f sene sonra, Steinberg Paris&#8217;e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 bir sergide sunmak i\u00e7in geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, temsilcilerinden sergisinin katalo\u011funa giri\u015f metni yazmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Sartre&#8217;a teklif sunmalar\u0131n\u0131 ister; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Steinberg&#8217;e g\u00f6re kendisinin ve Sartre&#8217;\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 benze\u015fmektedir. Sartre, bu teklife olumsuz yan\u0131t vermi\u015ftir.
