He also holds a Magister Juris (MJur) from the University of Oxford, as well as an MA in Philosophy and a BA in Law from Bilkent University. Trained in multiple disciplines, \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 aims to integrate insights from philosophy, law, and politics. His PhD thesis, &#8216;The Hermeneutical Reality of Law: Understanding the Legality of Constitutional Adjudication&#8217;, exemplifies this approach, offering a novel theory of explaining the nature of constitutional adjudication based on philosophical analysis.<\/p>\n<p>He has contributed to academic projects with Cambridge University Press and T\u00dcB\u0130TAK, focusing on constitutional theory and law.
